Take the (Uptown/Queens - Ditmars Blvd) N or W train to the Broadway stop. You will exit the station on 31st Street. Walk one half block toward 32nd Street. Grace Realty is on the right hand side of Broadway

From Brooklyn/Manhattan:
Take BQE West to Grand Central Parkway West, follow signs to Triboro. Get off at Exit 31 Hoyt Avenue (Last Exit Before Toll). Make first left onto 31st Street (Under Elevated Train). Proceed Down 31st Street for five traffic lights, then make left onto Broadway. Grace Realty is on the left (south) side of Broadway, in between 31st and 32nd Street.
